Philadelphia-based golf brand Makefield Putters, is proud to announce that Michael Brown has been added to the Makefield Putters team as both a staff player and Marketing Associate. Michael is well known in the golf community as an accomplished player.  He has played professionally on Mackenzie, PGA Tour Latino, European Challenge, and Korn Ferry Tours.  He has competed in 12 USGA Championships including three US Am and five Mid-Am Championships.  His most recent accomplishments include NJ Golf Association Player of the Year 2021, PA Golf Association Player of the Year 2020, and GAP Player of the Year in 2010 and 2018.

“I’ve learned that the good attempt we make while using the right golf club gives the practice that we’ve done the most value,” says Michael.  As an integral part of the Makefield team, Michael will continue to play in amateur tournaments and support the marketing team in growing brand awareness of Makefield Putters.

As a great player, Michael’s feedback has been a uniquely important part of our company’s development,” says Everett Farr, Founder of Makefield Putters.  “Michael is one of the best players in our area, and I’m excited to grow the team with talented golfers passionate about the game,” adds Michael Little, PGA, VP of Sales & Marketing at Makefield Putters.

The next big tournament on Michael Brown’s schedule is the George L. Coleman Invitational at Seminole Golf Club in Juno Beach, Florida, for the top mid-Amateurs in the country at the end of April. The Coleman is the unofficial start of the spring season, and an invitation to play it is coveted.  We wish Michael luck as he represents Makefield Putters on the vintage Donald Ross greens.
