The path to golf was never on the table for Brandon Mason, aka B Mason. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, and a Graduate of UAB, Brandon’s career background was Broadcast, Television, and Film. B Mason also holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Directing Motion Picture. B Mason discovered the sport while writing a golf movie. Once B Mason embedded himself in the culture, just like all golfers, he was hooked. While learning the game, he discovered a big void that needed filling in the golf fitting and club building sector. Most new golfers are intimidated at the thought of getting a golf fitting or having custom clubs when, in fact, they are the target audience that would benefit the most. So in 2016, B Mason started his quest to solve that problem and many more. First, he began teaching himself the art of club building and restoration. B Mason went on to receive a Master’s Certification from Mitchell Golf. Gaining momentum from his YouTube channel Built By B Mason, he has quickly established himself as a premier fitter and builder. B Mason’s main focus with 3BM is to have an inviting, friendly, and boutique-style atmosphere. Having an environment with such characteristics fosters positive communication and collaboration, which is needed for golfers to have a successful outcome. Now with the addition of 3BM Golf Studio the goal remains the same, to offer the highest level of service and products. We build them custom so you can trust them.
